Do I need an appointment?
Calling ahead on (678) 851-1258 is better, because it lets the shop tell you what the bays look like that day. Something unsafe — brakes down to metal, a car that overheats — gets treated as urgent.
Do you do body work as well as mechanical repair?
Yes. Mechanical repair and paint and body work happen in the same shop, which is why some cars come in for a tune-up and leave with a repainted hood and fender.
Will you tell me what is wrong before you fix it?
That is the way it works here. You get told what was found and what it takes to put it right, and if something can wait, you get told that too.
Can you look at a used car before I buy it?
Yes. A pre-purchase inspection puts the car on a lift and looks underneath, at the codes and at the paint work, before you hand over any money.
What kind of vehicles do you work on?
Cars, trucks and SUVs, including plenty of older ones. If you are not sure whether yours is a fit, call and describe it.
